The half hour swim assessment is an opportunity for me to evaluate swimmers whatever your level, in and out of the water and to discuss any concerns or issues that arise. It's a great way to start your swimming journey as a novice or even those with more experience find it a very useful process.
The One Hour 1:1 open water sessions are a totally bespoke experience tailored to the individual swimmer but typically we work on anything from water confidence and sea safety for beginners moving onto teaching or refining front crawl in open water. Open water skills such as sighting and swimming straight, navigating a course can be covered as well as, pace awareness, fitness and endurance right up to race tactics and event preparation.
The Block of 3 sessions gives us a really good opportunity to work over a slightly longer period, spaced evenly apart, this enables us to provide a progressive programme based on your needs.
The Pool Coaching is for those who want to focus on stroke technique and swimming skills in a warm indoor environment and is for adults and juniors.
