Open Water Swimming Coaching Groups in Lyme Regis, Dorset.

The coached Open Water fitness and skills group sessions have now started and we run on Mondays at 6.30pm. The session is aimed at swimmers that want to keep fit or perhaps have aspirations of completing a swim challenge or maybe a Triathlon during 2024. To book a place follow this link .
