The One Hour 1:1 open water sessions are a totally bespoke experience tailored to the individual swimmer but typically we work on anything from water confidence and sea safety for beginners moving onto teaching or refining front crawl in open water. Open water skills such as sighting and swimming straight, navigating a course can be covered as well as, pace awareness, fitness and endurance right up to race tactics and event preparation.
The Block of 3 sessions gives us a really good opportunity to work over a slightly longer period, spaced evenly apart, this enables us to provide a progressive programme based on your needs.
The Pool Coaching is for those who want to focus on stroke technique (Front Crawl, Breastroke, Backstroke or Butterfly) and swimming skills in a warm indoor environment and is for adults and juniors at any level.
