The coached Open Water Taster sessions for beginners and also the fitness/skills and endurance group sessions will be starting again in Spring 2024. If you're looking to take your first steps into open water swimming this is a great course.  For those with a little more experience we have a fitness/skills and endurance group faimed at swimmers that want to keep fit or perhaps have aspirations of completing a swim challenge or maybe a Triathlon during 2024.
